RAAIF Policy on Abstracts and Innovation Models

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property (IP)

All abstracts, concepts, and innovation models submitted to RAAIF for competitions, exhibitions, workshops, or research programs remain the intellectual property of the respective creators (individuals, teams, schools, or institutions). RAAIF reserves the right to use, publish, and showcase the submitted works with due credit for educational, promotional, and non-commercial purposes. Any request for commercial usage or technology transfer shall be subject to a separate written agreement between the creator(s) and RAAIF.

2. Submission Terms

All participants must ensure that their abstracts and models are original and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Plagiarism or submission of copied work will result in immediate disqualification.

3. Usage Rights

By submitting their work, participants grant RAAIF a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish in reports, journals, or digital platforms, display during events, exhibitions, or online campaigns, and archive for future academic and reference purposes. Creators will always be acknowledged by name when their work is showcased.

4. Confidentiality & Innovation Protection

RAAIF will take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive ideas until they are officially presented or published. If participants request restricted publication, RAAIF will honor such requests to protect intellectual property for patent filing. RAAIF ensures structured implementation, transparent reporting, impact assessment, and long-term community development outcomes aligned with national education goals.

5. Collaboration & Mentorship

RAAIF may provide technical mentorship or link participants with industry or academic experts. Any further joint development or commercialization arising from such mentorship will require a separate Memorandum of Understanding or agreement.

6. Liability & Responsibility

RAAIF is not responsible for any disputes regarding ownership between team members or institutions. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their work complies with applicable laws, patents, and copyrights.

7. Acknowledgment

All innovations developed under RAAIF programs must acknowledge the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Foundation (RAAIF) as the facilitating organization in reports, papers, and presentations.

8. Amendments

RAAIF reserves the right to review and update these policy terms periodically. Any updates will be communicated to participants prior to implementation.
